Transcriptomes of four Brassicales species, Nasturtium (Tropaeolum majus, Tropaeolaceae family), Poached Egg plant (Limnanthes douglasii, Limnanthaceae family), Saltwort (Batis maritima, Bataceae family), and Mignonette (Reseda odorata, Resedaceae family), were sequenced and de novo assembled. Since we were mainly interested in genes involved in salicylate biosynthesis, the plants were treated with salicylate.
It is recommended to cite the accession numbers that are assigned to data submissions, e.g. the GenBank, WGS or SRA accession numbers. If individual BioProjects need to be referenced, state that "The data have been deposited with links to BioProject accession number PRJNA1201569 in the NCBI BioProject database (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/)."
