Zymomonas mobilis is an ethanol producing bacterial species. To better understand the comparative genomics of this important industrial species, we sequenced the genome of isolate NRRL B-1960, which was isolated from spoiled cider in Scotland.
It is recommended to cite the accession numbers that are assigned to data submissions, e.g. the GenBank, WGS or SRA accession numbers.
