Zea mays subsp. mays Raw sequence reads

We extracted DNA from the 12 inbred lines and sheared the DNA on a Covaris (Woburn, Massachusetts) for library preparation. Libraries were prepared using an Illumina paired-end protocol with 180 bp fragments and sequenced using 100 bp paired-end reads on a HiSeq 2000.
