RNA-seq was used to characterize the transcriptome of Floridian Wild Lime Psyllid, Leuronota fagarae. Psyllids were obtained from lab colonies maintained at the Indian River Research and Education Center in Fort Pierce, Florida. RNA datasets were created for extracted salivary glands, heads, and whole body male/female WLP isolates.
