Samples include winter wheat leaves and heads, and corn debris sampled for fungal ITS over five timepoints at two locations in Illinois USA during 2020-2021 growth season. Field experiment design included three wheat varieties varying in Fusarium head blight (FHB) resistance. Metadata collected included disease and yield data for field plots.
