Bacterial communities (V1-V3 16S rRNA amplicons) and fungal communities (ITS-1 amplicons) of bulk soil and wheat rhizosphere from plants grown in soils from different locations and cropping histories. Further, we test for the response of bacterial communities to repeated growth cycles and plant termination with glyphosate.
