Leaf samples of Spilled Wine were collected from Pope Creekside Nursery, Knoxville, TN, USA in 2021 for DNA extraction. DNA was extracted using the Omega Plant DS kit and sequenced with Illumina MiSeq version 3, 600 cycle PE2x300bp kit at the University of Tennessee Genomics Core Facility, Knoxville, TN, USA.
