This project contains RNA-Seq data from aerotolerant strains of Campylobacter jejuni and Campylobacter coli exposed to aerobic conditions across multiple timepoints. Gene expression data was compared against baseline samples collected under microaerobic conditions (Time 0). The purpose of the study was to investigate changes in gene expression associated with aerotolerance and to compare the strategies employed by C. jejuni and C. coli in response to aerobic stress.
