Fundamental genomic context is lacking for many species of economically significant Andropogonae (Poaceae) clade. A reference assembly for the diploid (2n = 2x = 20) Tripidium ravennae (Syn. Erianthus ravennae, Saccharum ravennae); a cosmopolitan perennial grass species with nursery/landscaping, biomass, and bioenergy feedstock potential is now available.
It is recommended to cite the accession numbers that are assigned to data submissions, e.g. the GenBank, WGS or SRA accession numbers. If individual BioProjects need to be referenced, state that "The data have been deposited with links to BioProject accession number PRJNA845063 in the NCBI BioProject database (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/)."
