Transcriptomic features of oxidative performance in fast and slow growth broilers

dataset
posted on 2024-06-11, 06:50 authored by Texas A&M University
We generated 3' RNAseq (bulk) data from the pectoralis major muscle of fast growth broilers (Ross strain) and slower growth heritage broilers (White Plymouth Rock). We compared transcriptomes between 11 and 42 day old birds. Our analyses focused on understanding differences in gene expression patterns and pathways between these groups.
