Transcriptomic Response of Fusarium verticillioides to Multiple Environmental Isolates of Streptomyces

dataset
posted on 2024-06-11, 07:15 authored by USDA/ARS
The M3125 strain of the plant fungal pathogen Fusarium verticillioides was exposed to four different environmental isolates of Streptomyces. RNA was collected from F. verticillioides and sequenced. As isolates of Streptomyces have been studied for biocontrol use, the effect of isolates with varying range of inhibition towards F. verticillioides was studied. This archive contains 8 and 24 h samples with paired end reads. Sequencing was performed on the Illumina HIseq X Ten platform
