Transcriptome analysis and survival of aerotolerant and aerosensitive Campylobacter jejuni strains in aerobic conditions

dataset
posted on 2025-03-07, 02:56 authored by University of Tulsa
The objective of this study is to investigate the genetic mechanisms underlying aerotolerance in Campylobacter jejuni by examining the gene expression of an aerotolerant and an aerosensitive strain under aerobic and microaerobic conditions using RNA-Seq. By analyzing gene expression patterns, this study aims to identify key changes in gene regulation in response to oxygen exposure. This research provides insight into potential genetic factors contributing to aerotolerance and offers directions for future studies.
