The objective of this study is to investigate the genetic mechanisms underlying aerotolerance in Campylobacter jejuni by examining the gene expression of an aerotolerant and an aerosensitive strain under aerobic and microaerobic conditions using RNA-Seq. By analyzing gene expression patterns, this study aims to identify key changes in gene regulation in response to oxygen exposure. This research provides insight into potential genetic factors contributing to aerotolerance and offers directions for future studies.
It is recommended to cite the accession numbers that are assigned to data submissions, e.g. the GenBank, WGS or SRA accession numbers.
