Transcriptional changes in postharvest sugarbeet roots
dataset

RNA sequencing was used to profile the transcriptional changes that occur in stored sugarbeet roots when stored at 5 or 12oC for up to 120 days. The effect of storage duration on the sugarbeet transcriptome was determined by sequencing root samples collected at harvest and after 12, 40 or 120 days in storage.
It is recommended to cite the accession numbers that are assigned to data submissions, e.g. the GenBank, WGS or SRA accession numbers. If individual BioProjects need to be referenced, state that "The data have been deposited with links to BioProject accession number PRJNA938134 in the NCBI BioProject database (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/)."
