RNA sequencing was done in liver, palatine tonsil (PT), retropharyngeal lymph node (RPLN), tracheal bronchial lymph node (TBLN), spleen, and whole blood cell samples from vaccinated (n = 5) and unvaccinated control (n = 4) bison following Mycoplasma bovis infection.
