We created barcoded transposon insertion libraries in the bacterial plant pathogens Dickeya dadantii 3937, D. dianthicola ME23, and D. dianthicola 67-19. These strains are capable of causing soft rot in potato. See PMID: 25968644 for plasmid reference, and TnSeq / BarSeq protocols.
