A time series analysis after permethrin exposure was performed on pools of 5 whole Aedes aegypti adult females per replicate. Samples were collected before exposure, and 6, 10, and 24 hours after exposure to permethrin or acetone (control). After RNA extraction, samples were prepped for 3' tag-seq sequencing at the UC Davis Genome Center.
It is recommended to cite the accession numbers that are assigned to data submissions, e.g. the GenBank, WGS or SRA accession numbers. If individual BioProjects need to be referenced, state that "The data have been deposited with links to BioProject accession number PRJNA988225 in the NCBI BioProject database (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/)."
