Time-series analysis of Aedes aegypti transcriptome after exposure to permethrin reveals significant upregulation of detoxifying enzymes through 24 hours post-exposure

A time series analysis after permethrin exposure was performed on pools of 5 whole Aedes aegypti adult females per replicate. Samples were collected before exposure, and 6, 10, and 24 hours after exposure to permethrin or acetone (control). After RNA extraction, samples were prepped for 3' tag-seq sequencing at the UC Davis Genome Center.
