posted on 2024-09-29, 05:49 authored by University of Wisconsin - Madison
These samples were collected from cannulated Holstein dairy cows over the course of one lactation period. The goal of this study was to examine the day to day differences present in the bacterial community of the rumen. Using the Illumina MiSeq, we sequenced the V4 region of the 16S rRNA gene.
