Swine fecal microbiota samples associated with the study "Highly fermentable fiber alters fecal microbiota and mitigates swine dysentery during Brachyspira hyodysenteriae challenge". This study evaluated fecal microbiota from pigs fed diets of varying fermentability at days post inoculation 0, 12, and 42 with Brachyspira hyodysenteriae.
