Transcriptomes of two sugarbeet breeding lines, F1056 and F1057, which were generated by divergent selection for low and high storage respiration rates were determined at harvest and after 28 days in storage. Transcriptome of the base population from which these lines were derived was also determined at harvest and after 28 days storage. Purpose was to determine transcriptional differences between sugarbeet lines with genetically different rates of storage respiration.
It is recommended to cite the accession numbers that are assigned to data submissions, e.g. the GenBank, WGS or SRA accession numbers. If individual BioProjects need to be referenced, state that "The data have been deposited with links to BioProject accession number PRJNA720708 in the NCBI BioProject database (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/)."
