Sugarbeet (Beta vulgaris) breeding lines with divergent storage respiration rates

dataset
posted on 2024-09-29, 06:35 authored by USDA-ARS
Transcriptomes of two sugarbeet breeding lines, F1056 and F1057, which were generated by divergent selection for low and high storage respiration rates were determined at harvest and after 28 days in storage. Transcriptome of the base population from which these lines were derived was also determined at harvest and after 28 days storage. Purpose was to determine transcriptional differences between sugarbeet lines with genetically different rates of storage respiration.
