The initial data derived from a larger study. This initial study involves Alpine wethers (c. 25 kg BW) that were allocated randomly to four groups of 10 animals each. The goats were administered intravenously with anti-gamma delta T cell antibody (GB21A (IgG2b), 3mg/goat). Afterwards they were infected with L3 Haemonchus contortus. Zoledronic acid (ZA) was also administered intravenously seven days prior to and zero, seven, and 14 days after L3 infection. Samples were collected on days seven and 21 from seven tissue types for microbiome analyses in order to identify the relationship existing between host-pathogen and treatment against disease.
It is recommended to cite the accession numbers that are assigned to data submissions, e.g. the GenBank, WGS or SRA accession numbers.
