This project aims to understand the expression profiles and transcriptomic regulations of the sorghum plant height locus, qHT7.1, along internode positions and across growth stages. This project is relevant to the fine-mapping of qHT7.1 and the broader understanding of the molecular basis of plant height regulation in sorghum.
