Raw PacBio WGS and RNA IsoSeq reads from CRISPR-edited RTx430 Sorghum bicolor. This study was conducted to investigate differences in seed nutrition resulting from a CRISPR-induced ~400kb genomic deletion within the k1C alpha kafirin family. Samples 0001 and 0002 contain the waxya mutation resulting in a loss of function in granule bound starch synthase I. Samples 0005 and 0006 are wild-type RTx430. Samples 0001, 0002, 0003, and 0004 contain the ~400kb k1C deletion.
It is recommended to cite the accession numbers that are assigned to data submissions, e.g. the GenBank, WGS or SRA accession numbers. If individual BioProjects need to be referenced, state that "The data have been deposited with links to BioProject accession number PRJNA1285952 in the NCBI BioProject database (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/)."
