Wild-type and bmr6 and bmr12 mutants in the Tx430 line in S. bicolor were treated with Fusarium thapsinum and Macrophomina phaseolina under water replete and water limited conditions. Wild-type and bmr12 were sequenced on 0, 3, and 13 days after infection (DAI) with broth (mock-inoculation) and with F. thapsinum. At day 3, bmr6 and samples inoculated with Macrophomina were also sequenced.
