Soil Microbial Communities associated with A. gerardii and S. cereale rhizospheres

In order to improve our understanding of plant species impacts on soil microbial communities we explored the effects of big bluestem (Andropogon gerardii: Ag) and cereal rye (Secale cereale: Sc) plants grown in 6 soils with different planting and management histories in a greenhouse study.
