This experiment isolated small RNA from Triticum aestivum seedlings infected with Puccinia graminis f.sp. tritici, in order to study gene regulation during a biotrophic interaction. Three infected replicates and three mock-inoculated replicates. Libraries were sequenced on the Ion Torrent platform.
