This project contains raw small RNA sequencing data from primary tissue samples collected from healthy American Quarter Horses. The data represent the small RNA profiles of multiple tissues for characterizing miRNA and isomiR expression in the breed. This submission includes only the FASTQ files from the primary Quarter Horse samples.
