Samples from a spontaneously immortalized avian cell line, ZS-1, chicken embryo fibroblast (CEF) cells of 21 passages, and primary CEF cells were subjected to small RNA sequencing. Differentially expressed microRNAs were identified, which may be well associated with cell senescence and/or cell viability.
