The 'S' population is a biparental peanut population from NC94022 and SunOleic 97R that has been the focus of Tomato Spotted Wilt Virus (TSWV) trait mapping. Two RILs S1 and S17 were sequenced to validate a cold spot recombination point to refine the TSWV resistance loci.
