These genomes were generated by sequencing isolates of Ralstonia solanacearum. These isolates were collected by Nagendra Subedi as part of his PhD dissertation work in Sally Miller's laboratory at The Ohio State University. The DNA extractions and genome assembly was carried out by undergraduate students at the University of California, Davis, as part of a cohort-based research experience led by the Lowe-Power lab on campus.
