Secondary succession of prokaryotes in Everglades agricultural soil

dataset
posted on 2024-09-29, 05:05 authored by University of Florida
This study examined the patterns of microbial secondary succession after a simulated environmental disturbance by killing 95% of the native soil microbes. The 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing of soil prokaryotes was performed at different stages of post-disturbance over 95 days of microcosm incubation.
