Genome annotation and understanding strain evolution of Scheffersomyces stipitis in the context of bioethanol production. Data was obtained by sequencing Scheffersomyces stipitis strain NRRL Y-7124 and the following adapted Scheffersomyces stipitis adapted strains NRRL Y-50859 and NRRL Y-50861, which are the subject of U.S. Patent 9,297,027, Slininger et al..
