Saitoella complicata RNA expression, nucleosome position

RNA and nucleosomal DNA samples were isolated from the archiascomycete Saitoella complicata. The sequences of the RNAs and the nucleosomal DNAs were mapped on the genome of Saitoella complicata. We compared between the RNA expression level of each gene and the nucleosome position in the promoter region of the gene.
