Roots of Secale cereale Targeted Locus (Loci)

This project was looking at fungal community dynamics in roots of a common cover crop species, winter cereal rye (Secale cereale). Samples were drawn from 5 different field experiments around Ames, IA USA, and include a range of cereal rye root 'ages' (relative to the time of herbicide application to terminate the cereal rye cover crop).
