Role of bacterial dysbiosis in 3-DF and 3-HF anti-colitic activity

Anti-colitic activity of 3-deoxyflavonoids and 3-hydroxyflavonoids was evaluated in an IL-10 mice model. Mice were humanized with microbiota form heathy individuals and UC pacients. The goal was tho determine the effects of the human-associated bacterial dysbiosis in the anti-colitic properties of flavonoids.
