Anti-colitic activity of 3-deoxyflavonoids and 3-hydroxyflavonoids was evaluated in an IL-10 mice model. Mice were humanized with microbiota form heathy individuals and UC pacients. The goal was tho determine the effects of the human-associated bacterial dysbiosis in the anti-colitic properties of flavonoids.
It is recommended to cite the accession numbers that are assigned to data submissions, e.g. the GenBank, WGS or SRA accession numbers. If individual BioProjects need to be referenced, state that "The data have been deposited with links to BioProject accession number PRJNA1185774 in the NCBI BioProject database (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/)."
