Rhyzopertha dominica isolate:LGB_DtHiC_Dec2017 Genome sequencing and assembly

The Rdo bioproject is the genome assembly of a major stored product pest, Rhyzopertha dominica, the lesser grain borer. This assembly will serve as the reference genome for R. dominica for downstream studies, such as RNA-Seq and gene population.
