Rhizosphere microorganisms from a tree-planted infiltration gallery

dataset
posted on 2024-11-23, 22:14 authored by University of Washington
Treated wastewater effluent can be used to increase the production of cellulosic biomass. The impact of wastewater effluent on the rhizosphere microbial communities of purpose-grown biomass is not well understood. These sequences represent the microbial community at three tree-planted infiltration galleries irrigated with wastewater effluent for at least 10 years, and control plots at the same sites that were not irrigated.
