Treated wastewater effluent can be used to increase the production of cellulosic biomass. The impact of wastewater effluent on the rhizosphere microbial communities of purpose-grown biomass is not well understood. These sequences represent the microbial community at three tree-planted infiltration galleries irrigated with wastewater effluent for at least 10 years, and control plots at the same sites that were not irrigated.
It is recommended to cite the accession numbers that are assigned to data submissions, e.g. the GenBank, WGS or SRA accession numbers. If individual BioProjects need to be referenced, state that "The data have been deposited with links to BioProject accession number PRJNA765701 in the NCBI BioProject database (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/)."
