This study examines fungal communities of wheat rhizospheres during the development of disease suppressive communities to rhizoctonia. Wheat was cycled in the greenhouse and beneficial rhizosphere communities were transferred to subsequent cycles. Fungal communities were evaluated by sequencing of ITS1. This work sheds light on the composition and diversity of fungal communities during development of disease suppressive communities.
