Red clover transcriptome analysis under differing climate change scenarios

dataset
posted on 2024-09-29, 07:17 authored by Agriculture Research Service
The goal of this work was to characterize red clover transcriptomic response under predicted climate change scenarios of increased heat and increased heat with additional precipitation compared to the ambient conditions in a field setting. Samples were taken at the beginning of the growing season and at the end of the growing season to characterize response to the treatments.
