The goal of this work was to characterize red clover transcriptomic response under predicted climate change scenarios of increased heat and increased heat with additional precipitation compared to the ambient conditions in a field setting. Samples were taken at the beginning of the growing season and at the end of the growing season to characterize response to the treatments.
It is recommended to cite the accession numbers that are assigned to data submissions, e.g. the GenBank, WGS or SRA accession numbers. If individual BioProjects need to be referenced, state that "The data have been deposited with links to BioProject accession number PRJNA1091176 in the NCBI BioProject database (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/)."
