Raw read data from rainbow trout spleen and NALT libraries Raw sequence reads

In this work, we studied the modifications of the rainbow trout Immunoglobulin repertoires, in NALT and spleen, following vaccination with the bacterin ERM. To this purpose, we set up a 5´RACE cDNA barcoded strategy to sequence the repertoire of IgM and IgT heavy chain transcripts. We show that nasal and injection inmunization generated unique dynamics of IgM and IgT repertoires at systemic and mucosal sites and the ability of nasal vaccines to induce spleen Ig responses.
