Little is known about the genetic diversity of the tomato leaf mold pathogen Passalora fulva in the United States. Symptomatic leaf samples from high tunnels in Minnesota and the Northeast were collected, and the fungus was isolated from the leaf samples. After race determination work, DNA was extracted from each isolate, and genotyping-by-sequencing occurred for each isolate.
