Whole transcriptome analysis and annotation of two V. vinifera 'Riesling' collections. 588673 is a germplasm repository sample of 'White Riesling' and Ventosa was collected from the locally situated vineyard "Ventosa Vineyards", also 'White Riesling' cultivar, clone Johanisburg.
