The SbMyb60 transcription factor, which regulates monolignol biosynthesis in sorghum, was overexpressed at three different levels in sorghum. Tissue was collected separately from stalks and leaves of wild type plants and the three overexpression lines, referred to as SbMyb10a, SbMyb15a, and SbMyb2a, to determine the impact of overexpression on primary and secondary metabolic pathways in these two tissues. Leaves and stalks with the same replicate number were collected from the same plant.
It is recommended to cite the accession numbers that are assigned to data submissions, e.g. the GenBank, WGS or SRA accession numbers.
