RNA-seq of pooled resistant and susceptible maize lines with or without Clavibacter nebraskensis infection

dataset

Goss's wilt, caused by the Gram-positive actinobacterium Clavibacter nebraskensis, is an important bacterial disease of maize. RNA sequencing of samples separately pooled from resistant and susceptible lines with or without bacterial inoculation was performed, enabling identification of common and differential gene responses in resistant and susceptible lines.
