Goss's wilt, caused by the Gram-positive actinobacterium Clavibacter nebraskensis, is an important bacterial disease of maize. RNA sequencing of samples separately pooled from resistant and susceptible lines with or without bacterial inoculation was performed, enabling identification of common and differential gene responses in resistant and susceptible lines.
It is recommended to cite the accession numbers that are assigned to data submissions, e.g. the GenBank, WGS or SRA accession numbers. If individual BioProjects need to be referenced, state that "The data have been deposited with links to BioProject accession number PRJNA905715 in the NCBI BioProject database (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/)."
