RNA-seq of leaf 5 sheaths from Sorghum bicolor seedlings from zeitgeber time (ZT) 12.5 to ZT20.

This data set represents RNAseq profiling of the upper half of leaf 5 sheaths collected from wild type Sorghum bicolor (BTx623 line) at four hour intervals from 12.5 hours after dawn (zeitgeber time 12.5, ZT12.5) to 20 hours after dawn (ZT20) to capture gene-level expression in this organ during the transition from late afternoon to the middle of the night. Global transcript levels were determined by Illumina deep sequencing of mRNA from four individual seedlings at each time point.
