RNA-seq Gene Expression Analysis of Rainbow Trout Under Five Stress Treatments

This is a RNA-seq analysis of Rainbow trout under high salinity, reused water, crowding, and high and low temperature stress treatments. Gene expressions under the stress treatments will be compared with the control treatment, and the differentially expressed genes will be analyzed.
