RNA-Seq analysis was performed on leaves and roots of two spinach varieties, 'Palek' and 'Monstrans Viroflag', which were subjected to high-salinity irrigation in comparison with low-salinity irrigation, to discover molecular mechanisms underlying salinity tolerance in spinach.
It is recommended to cite the accession numbers that are assigned to data submissions, e.g. the GenBank, WGS or SRA accession numbers.
