RNA-Seq analysis provides insights into the complexity of salt tolerance mechanisms in spinach

RNA-Seq analysis was performed on leaves and roots of two spinach varieties, 'Palek' and 'Monstrans Viroflag', which were subjected to high-salinity irrigation in comparison with low-salinity irrigation, to discover molecular mechanisms underlying salinity tolerance in spinach.
