Here we present a draft Pyrus communis 'd'Anjou' genome, the third European pear genome and the second cultivar that has being sequenced. The 'd'Anjou' genome afford new perspectives that help us understand shared and unique traits for important cultivars in Pyrus, as well as other Rosaceae.
It is recommended to cite the accession numbers that are assigned to data submissions, e.g. the GenBank, WGS or SRA accession numbers. If individual BioProjects need to be referenced, state that "The data have been deposited with links to BioProject accession number PRJNA762155 in the NCBI BioProject database (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/)."
