The data submitted consists of Illumina HiSeq 2500 fastq reads for the ApeKI genotyping-by-sequencing of 500 entries of the Andean Diversity Panel (Phaseolus vulgaris L.). One 364-plex GBS library was sequenced on five lanes, and one 137-plex GBS library(with one duplicate) was sequenced on two lanes at the Weill Cornell Medical College Genomics Resources Core Facility. The Andean Diversity Panel was developed with the ultimate goal of increasing common bean production in Sub-Saharan Africa through the development of germplasm resources, molecular tools, and scientific knowledge.
