The Durango Diversity Panel (DDP) represents the diversity found within common bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) genotypes from race Durango of the Middle American gene pool. The goal of the project is to develop a deep SNP panel that will be used for multiple genome-wide association studies (GWAS). The relevance of those GWAS is to provide insights into the genetic factors controlling multiple phenotypes of importance to the production of the Durango market classes of common bean
