Pseudomonas syringae pv. syringae (Pss) is an emerging phytopathogen that causes Pseudomonas leaf spot (PLS) disease in pepper plants. Pss can cause serious economic damage to pepper production, yet very little is known about the virulence factors associated with disease in pepper seedlings. We investigated differences in virulence of Pss isolates through whole genome sequence analysis (functional genomics and non-synonymous single nucleotide variations).
It is recommended to cite the accession numbers that are assigned to data submissions, e.g. the GenBank, WGS or SRA accession numbers. If individual BioProjects need to be referenced, state that "The data have been deposited with links to BioProject accession number PRJNA1035930 in the NCBI BioProject database (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/)."
